Moove Media Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 97 147 649 938) (‘Moove Media Australia’, ‘we”our’ and ‘us’) and its related entities are committed to responsible privacy practices and to complying with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (‘Privacy Act’).

This privacy policy describes how we manage personal information including how we collect personal information, the purposes for which we use this information and to whom this information is disclosed. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion.

What happens if you don’t provide personal information

Generally, you have no obligation to provide any personal information requested by us. However, if you choose to withhold requested personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services that depend on the collection of that information. For example, if we did not collect your personal information when you raised a query regarding lost property on one of our services, we would be unable to notify you if that lost property was later located.

Collection of Information From Our Website

In order to monitor our website’s performance, we may track your IP address, pages accessed, the documents downloaded and your session time. This information is aggregated on an anonymous basis and cannot be used to identify you. We may place a cookie in the browser files of your computer.

This cookie does not contain any personally identifying information but will enable us to :

  • Relate your use of the site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to us, such as any services we may provide via our website; or

What happens if you don’t provide personal information

We may disclose your personal information to third parties, for example to third party contractors and data processing companies. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse and loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Our personnel are trained to treat personal information so as to maintain confidentiality.  When personal information is no longer required, the information will be destroyed or permanently de-identified.

Your personal information will not be ‘sold’ by Moove Media Australia to any other organisation for that organisation’s unrelated independent use.

Does your personal information leave Australia

Your information may be shared between related entities where necessary, including those based overseas (specifically Singapore where Moove Media Australia’s ultimate parent company is based).

Information For Job Applicants

If you submit a job application to Moove Media Australia, we will use the information provided by you to assess your application. Moove Media Australia may disclose the information contained in your application to contracted service providers for purposes such as screening, aptitude testing and candidate assessments.

How can you access and correct your personal information
